What if I get a headache from reading your posts? Your jokes don't make me laugh either.

i half suspected that already greeney (chuckles)
just like my poor spelling most likely give some a headache.anyhow greeney ,I'm sorry if you get a headache..heres a couple tylenol, and hopefully you just breeze on by any posts of mine, and keep your head untethered.

i get a head ache from some of yours as well, and a heartache...but thankyou for the valuable information you have passed on.(sincerely)
Your post on coins, was very helpful to me,and I will always be grateful to you for that....and I mean that with all sincerity.

I don't want to "lock horns" with you .so to speak greeney, and you are teaching me to be thorough in presenting my views.

Dark I wish some very good healthcare worker would check you out physically..I've heard you say some things I don't know if they are true?? Once you said in a post that your left arm, wasn't used for much..as well as left hand.It was more like a shield for your body...Is that true?

Have you had GOOD medical care Dark,? do you understand why you use your left only for shielding? or did I take that out of context?

Cinema > literature.

War is an extension of economics and diplomacy through other means.

Economics and diplomacy are methods of securing resources used by humans.

Securing resources is the one necessary behavior for all living things.

War = Life

I've gone to many doctors when I was younger concerning many things.
None even cared to examine me properly or even gave a rat's ass about my illnesses.
Today, I don't give a crap.
I am better of with my problems than being disapointed again and again.

Truth doesn´t control you, you control it...

I can totally understand why you feel that way, and you may well be very wise in saying you are better off with your problems, than adding the disappointemnt of "treatment" as another problem yet again.

Please know there are humans out here on this planet who do give a crap about you...and if you truly believe "they " don't, that have faith that there is a force of "love" that loves you far deeper, than you knew possible,
understands you,and wishes only your well being, and happiness....
who can in time, give you the desires of your heart, show you how to let go of the anger and dissapointment, through forgiveness of the "trespasses against" you.

I only wish you true joy Dark, may you find that in all its glory some day.

I don't have time seeking for the smallest amount of good people on this Earth just so Ican feel better.
I feel better alone just fine.
I don't need anyone and never have either.
Like most "alone" people I don't seek comfort or have "faith" that one day when I finally meet the "right" person for me that all my problems will go away.
My life is above such small needs.
I wasn't born so that I can seek another person to make me whole so that I can live all my glory days happily ever after.
My life is more than that and yet nothing at all.

ok...getting back to the topic of books...

if you could write a book Dark...

with three words from the english language.....

would you choose to write nothing at all???

leave it blank....

like a black hole..waiting to be discovered???

or would you pick just those 3 words...

to express yourself?

or would that be done better by saying nothing at all?

the answer is always your choice....and not to be judged by any of us...

Yeah in the inner cities here I have endless resources for books. Although when I lived up north there was this wonderful little book store I loved! You could trade in books for new ones, that was awesome! Saved me a ton of money, however there were of course times they did not have books I was looking for. With that kind of deal though, I couldn't pass up trading books for ones I had not read. Haven't found one of those in the cities yet. When I am looking for something specific, I only head over to Borders, Barnes and Noble, local Libraries etc.

For you I see online is the way to go.

I used to go to Borders. Until it went into admin over here...now it doesn't exist 🙁 🙁 👿

Wing-Zero I agree. Too a certain extent. Some films I've seen have been books before and thats made me search out the author. Sergei Lukyaneko is a case in point.

I meant more in the context that, at least in my opinion, literature doesn't nurture my imagination like movies do. I can't read a book and imagine the setting, and I feel like my visual processing is being severely hampered to the point where it's painful. Movies are completely different. I see facial expressions, emotions, etc. All of this material is there and ready to be absorbed completely by me and just feels so much more... intense. It's the same with art for me.
