It reminds me of a malted milk ball!  Just imagine how cold it would be on Pluto.

I was going to ask if this was "color enhanced" but judging from the title of the photo once you click on it...

Make me wonder about the rationale behind their choice of colors.  I was thinking it looks more like a meat ball. 

The full resolution image is a most impressive combination of blue, red and infrared images with much so much detail.  I can only imagine someone like Richard C. Hoaglund pouring over this image for proof of hidden cities, cuz who would not want to live on this paradise dwarf planet?
