Richard Dolan's interview with Clif High
An E-mail Dialogue with Anthony Bragalia and the Black Vault’s Richard Daystrom.
Anthony Bragalia has long investigated the UFO phenomenon. From exposing one of the most famous UFO cases (Socorro) as a student prank, to finding the scientists involved in the study of the “memory metal” debris from the Roswell crash, his discoveries are always sure to be thought-provoking and even provocative. He has contributed online articles that have appeared on numerous websites and blogs and discussed on forums worldwide over many years. His work has been featured in books including Witness to Roswell, Inside the Real Area 51, and The Children of Roswell, as well as in magazines including Nexus, Atlantis Rising, and Paranoia, and in newspapers including The Mirror, The Herald Tribune, Daily Mail and Daily Voice. Bragalia applies the research and interview skills he has honed as an executive search consultant for some of the world’s leading corporations
in exploring the world of UFOs.

I recently watched a Richard Dolan video with Clif High. Clif High in my opinion is Timothy Leary 2.0. The crux of the interview was about the usage of psychedelics to enter the realm of hyperspace.
Since Richard Dolan has a large following, I feel the interview with Clif High may imply that the usage of psychedelics is acceptable in achieving a hyperspace state of mind to contact aliens.
I enjoy Richard Dolan's interviews. I feel this interview with Clif High provides the kind of ammunition that those who want to regulate the internet like to use to promote their agenda.
I hope the next time you come into contact with Richard Dolan you can mention this to him.

Much more that to the above that I dare not have said in a public posting.

That was some article you wrote. I am not saying that I don’t believe in other dimensional realities. I am of the belief that our five or maybe six senses were given to humans to use in this fourth-dimension, in which humans have been assigned to. I hope my explanation below validates my point of view a little better:
For instance, the "Visitation Law “or “Lex Visitatio” states that any Extra Biological Entities (EBE’s) which do not share a common genetic ancestry with the life forms on the visiting planet must utilize an artificial protective environment to minimize or prevent microbial cross contamination (MCC).
EBE’s which are immunologically incompatible cannot have an extended stay of more than 3 to six months. A long visit jeopardizes their chances of ever returning to their home planet. They would become Persona non grata in both their visiting and home planets.
Physical reality that is taken for granted is undeviating because of these universal laws. Over time there will be a greater understanding of these laws and perhaps even their exceptions. If there are such areas of the cosmos where these universal laws are not applicable, there can be no reality. We (humans) judge reality by the response of our senses. When we are convinced of the reality of a given situation, we abide by its rules. No matter how advanced a being is they must obey these universal laws that govern the universe (especially, in the particular dimension they are occupying). If they disregard these laws, they will endure the consequences (homelessness)
I am of the belief that these inter or trans-dimensional beings who can travel through different dimensions with ease are the prototypical "lost souls" of the universe. They are "homeless". I consider these beings to be "galactic gypsies."

THIS: "galactic gypsies."

"Galactic Gypsies" is my way of using hyperbole in describing an EBE's nomadic inter or trans dimensional existence. I am sure you have heard of the old expression” a rolling stone gathers no moss". A person who wanders or travels often and at length will not be burdened by attachments such as friends, family, or possessions. Can be used as a negative (to suggest that such a person won't find a fulfilling place in life) or as a positive (to suggest that they will have a more interesting and unpredictable life).
The more I think about the technically advanced EBE's (I have come to the conclusion that they are no more socially advanced than humans) In a way I feel sorry for them. "They have nowhere to go and nothing to do!" If their home planet was idyllic why leave. Some would say there like humans they are hardwired to explore. Explore for what? Most of the places they explore they can't live there anyway because of biological constraints. So, this only leaves "deep space" to live in. Who in their right mind wants to spend a life time in deep space.
Don't get me wrong life on Earth is "crappy." I wouldn't trade the "devil" I know for the "devil “I don't know.

A child once told me when I asked him what an alien looked like replied to me “anything that they want to look like.”
