Long story short which baffles most people on what the Masons do for a living in spirituality and for fraternal reasons is quite simple. Based on written code that is supplied throughout these organizations for members to read and follow comes ceremonies and traditions passed from long ago.
Let's start with the Masons themselves and their Masonic Temples located throughout the world.
Masonic Temples traditionally are known to contain 3 Thrones and one Holy Bible. During ceremonies the Masons have an "offering" most notably conducted by the 21st Degree Mason who is traditionally known to carry the Yellow glove.
The Moose Lodge provides the Moose King along with The Elks Lodge who provides two benevolent Elk Princes whom all are to sit on these 3 thrones and receive the offerings from the Masons there at the Masonic Temple. Yes, the Moose King has a Crown.
Where are the females?
Females, traditionally are not allowed at these ceremonies and tend to stay back at the Lodges while ceremonies are conducted and are to finish filling the beers on taps located there. Yes, all Lodges have bars in them.
What's the point?
Nobody knows, except that Masons are known to be the next title below Mister.
The Masons considering there is much more to these organizations than you think is a secret society for life considering the books and code of written conduct which can take years for anyone to learn and master under one Lodge protected by frequent checks so that no man can join more than one Lodge in his life protecting the fraternal ways of the sacred heart.

The rest of the ceremonies conducted at the Masonic Temple concludes with the 21st Degree Mason and his Yellow glove holding a plastic heart as an offering. The Moose King who accepts the sacred heart explains his love for his benevolent Elk Princes and directs the ceremony back to the Holy Bible and calls for a volunteer on his left to do the same explanation as an offering to be a son of God. According to the code of conduct of the Masons of the sacred heart the volunteer is now directed by the Moose King to be under oath of God where he shall now become a true Mister.
The first word in the Holy Bible is "In" and is explained towards the newly formed Mister that he shall now be in God's realm and now under a true King and as a Mason he is instructed to gather all other Masons to be true Misters as well and built the true King a new Castle.
And as true Misters they are Peasants and new members of God and Monarchy.
Construction is to continue by the Masons for a new Castle and for the true King of their own respected country until finished.
The rest is just any Mister going through the ranks of the Monarchy just like everybody else.
