Actually geeny2, realizing I could be fooled by my faith has made things clearer. Say what you want about the faithless, they suffer no delusions when faced with the abnormal.

Sometimes to make something better, you have to start from scratch. My faith is no different. Having this experience has shaken my faith and changed my ideas of how God works, but it never was a crisis with God, only my faith. And how it left me vulnerable.

Sailing fine thanks 🙂

You talk about being fooled by Faith, fooled by who or what is God, but not fooled about delusions. Confused

There it is, lol finally. You just don't believe in abductions. I see now. You think I made all this up, to what ?spend time arguing with you? Lol

No greeny2, I'm sorry, this is all true.

Think about this for just a second, of the thousands of reported abductions, it only takes one to be true, and it is. Are you saying every one of us is delusional or lying?

Get over yourself, really. If you want to walk around with blinders on like a guided horse ,fine. Good luck with your own ship.:-)

I never talked a word about abductions, you did.  Your subject has been about God, who claims to be God, being fooled someone is God, and Faith. What would you call being fooled someone is God other than a delusion. I believe, you believe everything, you think is true, maybe your assessment of facts is not correct. That does not compute to lying, it computes to being wrong. This is probably the wrong place for you to get answers, I'm sure you have heard this from close friends and family.

You are seriously on the wrong site lmao

I will tell you this, for fact. If I had been standing as close to God, as I was to that craft. I would be a priest now.

There is no mistaking anything I have experienced, the events are as clear today as ever.

The only thing that caused any confusion at all was my faith.

I'm not going to try to convince you,lol you don't mean that much to me.

You are just another skeptic and the world's full of them.

I hope for your sake, none of your loved ones go through the same experiences as I have,as you will be the worst person to help them deal with it.

Good luck.

Having not realized you sent me a PM on the 11th about my very first reply to this thread, I just found it this morning. I would have no longer posted on any of your threads, per your request,  had I realized you had written me. I'm sorry my opinions were not welcome, I will not post on any of your posts in the future. I'm sorry I offended you.

Jamie said, "Jesus,is not God"

Really?
Then I guess you are in disagreement with Jesus, because He said He was God. The Apostles John and Thomas called Him God as well as Peter and Paul.

I don’t want to sound harsh but I am amazed that someone with deep faith and calls them self a Christian (which I assume you do) could make such a statement. Do you ever read your Bible?

Do demons abduct people or use flying machines? Whatever it takes, they work for the father of lies. You should know that.

So,what you're saying is that while Jesus was praying, and while he was being crucified,he was talking to himself?

While he was having a crisis of faith, who was he asking for help?

Jesus was born, the product of immaculate conception, the coupling of a God and a human. The virgin Mary, was told she would become pregnant with the son of God. Not God incarnate .

Jesus is not God.

You are correct that he did eventually say he was God, and even allowed those to call him as such, but I believe that was the beginning of the downfall. God was very specific that we not worship anyone but him. Did he allow the death of Jesus because he was angry with him?

May he even have told Judas to betray him to his death? As a test of his faith to the real God?

I don't know. But I do know that Jesus needed guidance, and received it from someone else, above him.

Let me put it another way. Jesus was the bearer of the message from God. Only through him we can find our way to God.

If the post man brings a letter containing directions somewhere, did it come from him? Or the sender?

I know that's simplified but still accurate.
