I found it on page 2, not sure why I didn't find it on a search. One of the forums and subjects I never get into are abductions, as I said I had no connection to those 2 threads, and took the question on this thread as a hypothetical question, not knowing you had posted those other threads, and that was your train of thought.

I appreciate your taking the time to find out.

For fifteen years I told everyone I knew how I had been saved by a guardian angel or God himself.

My whole everything changed when I was twenty feet from the craft that called me out.

So, here I am, a man who has been fooled by what I thought I knew. It's hard to take.

So, now that you see where I'm coming from, does Gods existence matter, if I am sceptical of anyone who appears again? In my opinion, no, as long as I live a good life as he set out. But that's my opinion, we all build our beliefs through our experiences. What would you think , if it were you? I really am interested ,it's why I started this thread.

Ok, so I started thinking, if I had been so thoroughly fooled, maybe I wasn't the only one. Now I may lose a lot of people here, but I looked up the symbol for God.

I started with the Catholic church, what I saw was unbelievable. It's the exact blueprint of the bottom of the craft I encountered. Even the middle circle is smaller than the outside three.

Now, I wonder if they chose that symbol so that if anyone saw it in the sky it could be explained by a religious sighting.Or did other beings choose it for the same reason? There's always the theory that the Catholic church worships aliens as well.

Have we all been fooled?

Again this is just a question.

I believe now that between us and God are many beings that have come here pretending to be God.

How many of you can say for certain you haven't been fooled?

I was.

My question to Jamie would be, who is "your God"?

I can only speak from the Christian perspective. A true Christian will not need to ask for any proof, they will know without a shadow of a doubt.

If you read the posts, you'd see that it doesn't matter which god I follow, the fact is that another being saved myself, and my friends lives, and I mistakenly gave credit to my god for it.

I was unable to tell the difference, faith or not.

You may think you couldn't be fooled, so did I.

Faith, left me blinded to the fact that someone just killed my good friend, maimed myself and two more friends, and then used me to clean up its mess. Then I praised them for doing it for fifteen years, and spread the word, I had been saved by god.

Follow blindly if you like, but once bitten, twice shy, for me.

Jamie, your story is very disjointed and missing a lot of facts about this accident,  and whatever happened 15 years later about your Faith. Your Faith or lack of it, has nothing to do with why ours should remain steadfast in belief.
