Hello Nigfis, thought you were gone and forgotten, well maybe not forgotten. Confused  How is life treating you?

Hello Greeney.

Simply being remembered is what most people seem to wish for in life. So that's one off the bucket list I suppose.

Life is...Life. Family is all good and increasing. We have a house full, it often seems, of two grand-kids. Soon to be three. Parents and all.

And I must say it is one of the most pleasurable periods of my life.

Except, and there's always something amiss or it wouldn't be life. I need some surgery, apparently, on my spine. Can't exactly say I'm going to enjoy that, but yunno. Shrug.

I'm still managing to do a little though. Vintage scooter restoration, something I know will prick your ears up.

How's you and yours?

Hi Nigfis,

Just fine, like you counting grandchildren, and agree the best part of our lives.  Hope you do well with that surgury, modern medicine does wonders. Have had a few myself, but when it is over you will be glad.  In the USA so many surgury proceedures have gone to outpatient, so you have it done and home the same day.  Luckily what spinal stenosis I have in my neck did not manifest itself in pain, it resulted in weakness raising arms. Had it resulted in pain, surgury would be required. I assume that is what you are dealing with.  I wish you well on that.

As you can see the message board, has not been so busy, so many have gone to facebook kinds of things now, message boards like this one have seen less people and posting.  Doing things of facebook is definatly much less volitale, unlike the epic battles we all use to have here.  A post just scrolls away in a day on Facebook, gone and forgotten, where subjects just continue on message boards.  The main subjects are about nonsence like posting a picture of your hamburger, or I just stubbed my toe on the coffee table, followed by a dozen likes.  If you like opinions or not like opinions, posting something that takes time to write on message boards, IMHO is much more worthwhile.

We must be getting older, nothing to argue about anymore. Laugh  Take Care!

Nothing to argue about? HA! I am sure we can think of something 🙂

Welcome back, Nigfis.

Sincerely,
