I used to live close to  SETI satellite dish receiver, out in the woods of Hancock, in S. New Hampshire, USA, not far, as the crow flies, to a large, tightly secured military installation.

I had an experience, driving the back route 124 from Jaffrey to Hancock, in the wee hours of the morning, and although I had not reported it, I remember that it was seen as far away as Keene, NH, and there was a verified report made by State Troopers on duty.

So, here are the events as they unfolded.

This region, including the tiny town of Hancock, is sparsely populated, with the quaint town and population sprawled over the entire Monadnock Region. As most back roads, there were no street lights, and being mid-week, no traffic other than my vehicle on the road.

Ever have the feeling you're being watched? Well, I suddenly had that feeling come over me, and was actually compelled to looked back over my left shoulder...not typically how I drive, but there, up in the sky, back over my left shoulder, so it must have been the Southwestern sky, was an enormous pyramid/trapezoid shape hovering lower than the altitude of any plane bound for the airport in Manchester, NH. The shape was distinguishable, as each side was a different color, more as primary colors, red, blue, I don't remember yellow, but I remember green a secondary color, and I don't remember the color rotating, just each side from my vantage point, was a different, very brightly lit, color.

I felt no threat, but definitely had the feeling that I was under observation...not surprising, since I must have been the only moving, lighted object for miles around me. (it's an exceptionally wooded area of the state)

I wish I had stopped to observe the object for more time, but as I was driving, was limited to quick glances back over my shoulder, knowing a I very close to arriving home, just before the Hancock Village, which would also give me a greater vantage point. I was truly hoping that whatever it was, that it would continue to hover until I was parked at my house.

Unfortunately, I was able to steal glances at it until I drove onto my wooded lane, but the trees then obscured the view, and by the time I parked in my driveway, the object was no longer visible in the clear night sky.

I know that other people have seen a vessel just like this, as in drawings I saw later on, rendered by other people, it was exactly the same type craft I had seen....and I know the difference between Aurora Borealis vs the hard lines of an object.Surprised
