[color=#00FF00]SInce around 1990 I've become increasingly convinced that each of us are merely single cells of one enormous mind. http://chrisharris.ucoz.com/index/earth ... iving/0-83
Trends in "World Speak" seem to back up this idea as I can see ever increasing commonality in speach structure and sounds across the globe. For example why is everybody speaking in the 3rd person (See typical converstion below)
I like - saw my dad last night and he's like, "Where have you been ?" and I'm like,
"Nowhere really" and he's like,
"You should have been round more often" and I'm like,
"Give us a chance I've been busy", and he's like,
"Busy - you don't know the meaning of busy", and I'm like,
"Come dad, you know what I've had on my plate lately" and he's like,
"That's no reason to ignore your old man"..............and so.
Add to this the habit of using a questioning tone to every sentence.
Add also the latest requirement to speak with a dry grasping voice.
Add to this phrases like "Thats SO not you".
Add to this phrases like "HOW strange is that"
Add to this phrases like "OH - MY - GOD"
Etc,etc...........and it feels like everybody has the same source personality. The speed of speech is also approaching incoherance which reminds me of Whitley Strieber's prediction of human speech as envisioned by him in the "End game" of humanity.
Does anyone share my interpretations/ observations on the above I wonder.

it's the influence of the internet and the media..though I do believe in the subconcious group mind..mind link..I think the net and media are more responsible in the case of those examples
Willie Wonka quotes..
What is this Wonka, some kind of funhouse?
Why? Are you having fun?
A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men.
