Have you seen the latest examples of this madness?  From youtube...

--------------------

And

--------------------

Looks like, in the first one, she is sitting in a group with family/friends who don't have a problem with it and they are more than adequately social distanced from everybody else so I really don't understand the necessity of tasing and arrest.  The players are on the field playing without a mask, the cheerleaders are on the track cheering without a mask and even the 'backup' that comes running up at the end has no mask.  So unless we're dealing with an intelligent, accommodating virus able to pick and choose it's victims, the whole thing seems absolutely absurd.  I sometimes like to read the comments at the bottom and one on this page really expressed how I am feeling about this whole "Pandemic .. It's a Pandemic .. We're in a Pandemic!!!" hysteria...

I asked my doctor when will Covid19 end...He said he doesn't know, he's not a politician

Exactly ; as soon as politics got involved with the Covid19, all sense of logic and reason got pushed right on out the back door.  Now there's so much disinformation floating around out there brought to you daily by unscrupulous people with who knows what kind of motives that people are just numb to those crumbs of information that may actually contain the truth.  Things like the true efficacy of masks which would shock some people if they knew.

The second is just as discouraging and demoralizing to see people escorted off to jail because some bureaucrat has deemed, in their little fiefdom, that it's just too dangerous to let people stand out in the sunlight (which kills the virus) and sing/celebrate their religion which is supposed to be protected somewhere, in some law or something ... oh well, who cares because "Pandemic .. It's a Pandemic .. We're in a Pandemic!!!"

They should have just claimed (mostly) peaceful protest, broken some windows out, burned some businesses down, even taken a few potshots at the police and then everything would be okay.
