Pretty sad to say the least. Hey Mike................I count 16 in this photo alone........Just exactly what type of Airmen are you speaking of?

The Air Force has launched an investigation into a controversial photo that shows several non-commissioned officers posing with an open casket, in which a fellow airman poses with a noose around his neck and chains over his body.

The Air Force Times received a copy of the photo over email, which includes the caption, "Da Dumpt, Da Dumpt …. Sucks 2 Be U." The casket is similar to those used to transport deceased U.S. soldiers home from the battlefield.

Air Force Secretary Michael Donley told the paper that investigators were mounting an inquiry of the grief the image might cause for families of fallen service members. "We take this matter seriously. [Air Education and Training Command] has initiated a commander directed investigation," Donley said in a statement.

"Such behavior is not consistent with our core values, and it is not representative of the Airmen I know. It saddens me that this may cause additional grief to the families of our fallen warriors."

The photo, dated August 23rd, was reportedly taken by airmen with the 345th Training Squadron at Fort Lee, Virginia, according to Gerry Proctor, spokesman for the 37th Training Group at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas, which includes the 345th Training Squadron.

Now what's that Military Motto again????????? ūüėē

Talk about a bad idea. Are these the types of people being deployed on our behalf? Curious>>>>>>>>.

Wow, this is extremely strange. What is up with the arms raised in an X. They must have hated this kid. And is that a telephone cord wrapped around the body? Just weird.. and horrible...

What they did was horrible.

Are these the types of people being deployed on our behalf? Curious>>>>>>>>.

Is that a serious question or an allegation. I think it is obvious that this inhumane type of behavior is not indicative of all the people being deployed on our behalf.

US Marines posed with Nazi symbol in Afghanistan

SAN DIEGO (AP) ‚ÄĒ The Marine Corps on Thursday once again did damage control after a photograph surfaced of a sniper team in Afghanistan posing in front of a flag with a logo resembling that of the notorious Nazi SS ‚ÄĒ a special unit that murdered millions of Jews, gypsies and others.

The Corps said in a statement that using the symbol was not acceptable, but the Marines in the photograph taken in September 2010 will not be disciplined because investigators determined it was a na√Įve mistake.

Mistake..............

Its a wild stretch to see a Nazi symbol, anymore than seeing it in the Chase bank logo IMHO. It is as ridiculous as the post a few years ago claiming the Navy building or barracks in San Diego resembled the footprint of a swastika. That Marine symbol looks more like 2 lighting bolts next to each other. In order to remotly see a swastika, you have to bring them togather, and rotate the image 90 degrees, and even than the angles of the legs are not 90 degree angles like a swastika. In addition, what ever symbol that is, and it may just be a unit flag or MOS kind of symblol, it was placed under the US flag. If they intended to displace a swastika, would they do it next to, or under the American flag? With the Chase bank symbol the space you think represents the swastika again does not come close to resembling one. This entire marine swasika story is just another stupid anti-war group fabrication.

LOL...........There's no wild stretch to any of it, it's as real as the driven rain on the old plain. It's one person's choice whether or not to go down the path of denial....

The Chase symbol is what it is.................only someone who doesn't understand their history as a bank would disagree.

The Marine thing is commonplace with today's Military, my opinion is that it has more to do with a low level of intelligence than it does any sort of twisted message.

Are you telling me that these Marines are ignorant of the Nazi ZZ Symbol? Surely you don't believe that one.

I am certainly far from being the first to remark about the obvious (at least to us who have taken the "red pill") swastika aspect to the Chase Bank logo.

The Rockefeller/Nazi connection (Chase Bank being a Rockefeller outfit) goes all the way back to the early 20th century. In fact, Hitler was merely a 'creation' of the bluebloods (such as the Rockefellers and Rothschilds) to begin with.

As one example, the Rockefeller's Standard Oil Company came to Hitler's aid when he lost his oil fields halfway through WW2. They shipped the oil to Spain where it was taken overland to Germany.

But not only is there this rather thinly veiled swastika design for their logo--have you noticed the ominous subliminal aspect to their slogan?-- "We're here for you."

The libraries are filled with books on this topic...............all though we've jumped the shark here...............This is open and blatant symbolism........an Elitist agenda, or just a red herring?

a certain type of mania can take over when someone is at war..it works much like mass hysteria
a hardness creeps in
it's probably a mental/emotional survival mechanism of sorts

What is this Wonka, some kind of funhouse?
Why? Are you having fun?
