Yet again, another cancellation of another symbol of America, and stripping the USA of National Pride. Seems like the sequester of just an excuse to strip the country of any symbols of our great nation, and reduce our stature and status to that of of a 2nd or 3rd rate nation, and leave Super Power Status. All these things being eliminated, that the country loves to see. Not long ago Fleet Weeks were scrapped, now airshows, and probably other things like appearances of great Military bands in parades, The Blue Angels, The Thunderbirds, no longer allowing military flyovers with the B=2. We have no manned spaced program, so we do not have manned launches to watch anymore with the Space Shuttle retiring.
These are things of National Pride, and symbols of our place in the world. Clinton turned over many of our National Parks to the UN, Obama has stripped us of all these other military pride symbols we look for on great holidays. Am I the only one who sees it?

If there was ever a reason for anyone to despise our government, it's the whole sequester debacle. What a huge mess, and it is totally obvious that Obama intended to use the sequester as a weapon to bash Republicans and score political points. It started with the closing of the White House to tours. Then (again, totally dishonestly and unnecessarily) 2,000+ incarcerated illegal aliens were released on to the streets. And just recently the FAA was forced (but never truly forced--another dishonest plot) to cut staffing at airport control towers which caused obscene flight delays.
The whole finger-pointing bs was painful to watch. The Republicans said the sequester was Obama's idea. Obama said it was the Republicans fault because they allowed it to happen.
It's just sickening how our President has--instead of leading and unifying--has sacrificed the citizens' quality of life in order to make us mad at Republicans. He's not a leader, he's a childish blamer. He's not a unifier, he's a divider. He's a disgrace and the least fit for Presidential office of anyone in history.
