What's been happenin' around here after all this time, my peeps?  Any old schoolers still floating around here from the late 1990's and early 2000's?  I kinda missed all you guys/gals, and trying to break through my Facebook addiction.

Anyways, I thought all of you might be interested in knowing, that the people that are in charge of what goes into your mouth are some really wicked individuals.  They've known about brain allergies to food and chemicals since the 1950's, yet when you go see a psychiatrist, they never ask what you're eating.

Of course, they can't completely control what you eat.  You have to make a decision to only eat non-packaged items.  And if they're packaged, make sure to read the ingredient list, and if any of it isn't organic, don't eat it.

In regards to the old schoolers, some still pop in from time to time and some still post. People come in and out.

Welcome back...

Sincerely,

Thanks John, it's good to be back. Looks like we've got plenty of lurkers here.

To elaborate further on this topic, we all have different body/brain chemistries. Some foods/chemicals won't affect you mentally or physically the same way it will the next person. Me personally, if I eat processed/packaged foods made with wheat/preservatives/sugar/dyes/chemicals it will cause depression, anxiety, stress, brain fog, and fatigue (others can develop schizophrenia, dementia, or Alzheimer's). For someone else, it might cause obesity, diabetes, celiac disease, or a myriad of other physical problems. Or, for the very few lucky ones with high metabolisms, bad food seems to have no ill effects -- they stay happy and energetic all day.

Probably over 90% of all mental and physical illness can be traced to poor dieting. I now eat nothing but fruits, vegetables, lean meats, nuts/seeds, and healthy fats. After changing my diet, all those symptoms I had disappeared like magic...

The health industry and their comrade politicians know this, yet they'd rather sell you medications than tell you to change your eating habits. It keeps the profits rolling in, and also keeps a lot of the population submissive to the point where you're not really caring, or paying attention to, what these crooked politicians are up to, because these foods are putting you into a foggy/confused state of mind. We have to wake up and stop eating all the garbage they're feeding us, or we could wake up one day with all of our rights taken away.

For those of you wanting to change your diets, it's very difficult because your digestive systems are infested with bad gut bacteria. This bacteria influences your taste buds, which is why you can't stop craving all those bad foods, making it extremely difficult to stick to a new diet. Sounds crazy, but to understand how this happens I recommend reading this article:

https://breakingmuscle.com/healthy-eating/food-cravings-are-not-your-fault-check-your-gut-health

So before you can even change your diet, you'll want to start off with a high quality, refrigerated probiotic. After 2 or 3 days of taking them, you'll start to feel like you have the flu. This is because the good bacteria is fighting the bad bacteria, and the bad bacteria is fleeing your digestive system, taking refuge throughout your entire body. This process can take anywhere from days, to weeks, to months. It took 2-1/2 weeks for me. Some probiotics may work better for others. I've found the Renew Life Men's Complete 90 Billion works best for me. Best time to take them is right when getting home from work, because the worst of the ill effects from it will subside by the time you go back to work. And by the time these little bugs take over your gut, you won't crave sugar anymore, and if you try to eat it, it won't taste as appealing as it once did, and will turn your guts into knots. It makes sticking to a healthy diet easy, because healthy foods will taste great!
