DIA List of Exotic Propulsion Papers Linked to Mars Colony Recruitment
Dr. Richard Daystrom to Dr. Michael Salla
What an incredible report by Dr. Salla. Dr. Salla could you please explain the logistics of this Mars program. For example, if there already exists a Mars colony one can assume that they are getting there supplies from Earth. Like I said earlier how is this being done? If there are catastrophes on Earth wouldn't this affect the supplies going to Mars? In summary the survival of these Mars colonies is linked to the survival of Earth.
Dr. Michael Salla to Dr. Richard Daystrom
The Mars bases were first established in the 1950s by the Germans and then expanded after agreements were reached with the US Military Industrial Complex throughout the 1960s and 1970s. The Apollo Program was a cover for expanding the Mars colonies which was the real reason behind the global brain drain. The Martian colonies have become highly industrialized with a population in the several million range as far as I know. I believe they have achieved self-sufficiency with their underground facilities but still need more human colonists to expand.
