Here is a very strange case of a group of clowns stalking and harassing an individual in North Georgia: Creepy Clowns

The individual claims he has no idea why they are doing it or who they are. I find this pretty unnerving. Perhaps someone is trying to intimidate him or keep him quiet about something? What could this be?
