Welcome Adam, Probably most people have not had Christmas in parts of Europe. Have to admit Italy was surprised you did not mention what traditional dishes might be served. Maybe Americanized italian foods we don't see past pastas and pizza.

USA traditions are Turkey or Ham, some do a standing rib roast. All the traditional side dishes that go along with the meats, from Yams, to green bean casseroles. Americans are big on baked goods, and all kinds of decorated christmas cookies, sweets, chocolates.  

Fun to see a thread we can all agree on, maybe some Holiday recipes. Laugh

I actually did leg of lamb this year.  My grandma always did ham for Christmas.  Don''t forget the brussels sprouts.  😉  Oh, and squash, and lot's of veggies.  Oh an pie for dessert, of course.  🙂
