What do you think of the recent Supreme Court decision to curtail FOIA requests? It would appear on the surface to permit corruption by way of concealment. See excerpt and link below...
"Federal agencies aren’t required to hand over draft documents related to the impacts of an EPA proposal on endangered species, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled Thursday.
A lower court misinterpreted the Freedom of Information Act when it mandated the disclosure of draft opinions that should have been protected by the law’s exemption for records from an agency’s “deliberative process,” the justices said in a 7-2 opinion by Justice Amy Coney Barrett.
The decision rejects arguments from the Sierra Club and its allies—a broad coalition of environmental, business, and media interests—who argued that a ruling for the government would allow agencies to skirt disclosure requirements by stamping “draft” on internal records that would otherwise be subject to FOIA.
Several justices appeared sympathetic to that concern during oral arguments in October but skeptical of the Sierra Club’s contention that FOIA requires disclosure of all draft documents that have “appreciable legal consequences.”

The entire government has failed us completely.
They do not do as we instruct.
They do not pass laws for us that work for civil order.
They do not enforce law as anything but colorable.
They use privatized police and courts that are very illegal.
Why should we be surprised the treason has gone all the way to the Supreme Court? We shouldn't
When they asked for absolute power over you, You agreed.
When they Broke the LAW you did not hold them accountable.
When they spoke evil of the constitution and rewrote it without congressional process you did nothing.
When they passed the patriot act to disband the constitution you waved your fists in the air screaming for terrorist blood instead of bringing them to heel.
No there is no surprise here.
Truth is not owned, it is discovered only.

Weren't freedom of information act requests being handled through the US marshalls service for a while? Now it's the FBI and according to the web,
The Freedom of Information Act allows any person—except fugitives, federal agencies, and foreign intelligence agencies—to request information about organizations, businesses, investigations, historical events, incidents, groups, or deceased persons. To submit a Freedom of Information Act request, use one of the following options:
That's not unreasonable. But that puts them in charge of UFO issues.
I'm not the best person to ask about this - but if I remember correctly, if FOIA is handled by the US marshalls it implies that UFOs are assumed bunk. If it is handled by the FBI then there is at least a presidential finding that a UFO is real.
I did see an image on the History Channel that looked just like something out of XCom UFO defense. It glowed orange, sounded like a freight train, was on the ground, and had an equilateral cross section, with one point downwards. We brake for sectoids indeed.
