Dear Ms. Linda Moulten-Howe:

I truly enjoy your presentations and respect your accumulated wisdom on UFO's/Extraterrestrials. I like to think of myself as a disciple of the late Lloyd Pye a pioneer of "Alternative Knowledge, information rooted in mainstream science, but in areas normally kept from public discussion because they cast doubt on the currently accepted paradigms and dogmas of the mainstream.

Individuals like yourself who have a large public following, when giving their presentations they rarely incorporate hard science in their analysis of UFO's/Extraterrestrials. The Extraterrestrials super advanced technology has led us to believe that we humans are no better than cavemen. Yes, we are not an advanced species when compared to them. In general, we humans now possess a fundamental understanding of science. This allows humans the capability to reason at their level.

The following is an excerpt from a paper I am currently writing. EBE's must obey the same universal laws that we humans have to obey.

For instance, the "Visitation Law “or “Lex Visitatio” states that any Extra Biological Entities (EBE’s) which do not share a common genetic ancestry with the life forms on the visiting planet must utilize an artificial protective environment to minimize or prevent microbial cross contamination. EBE’s which are immunologically incompatible cannot have an extended stay of more than 3 to six months. A long visit jeopardizes their chances of ever returning to their home planet. They would become Persona non grata in both their visiting and home planets.

The physical reality that is taken for granted is undeviating because of these universal laws. Over time there will be a greater understanding of these laws and perhaps even their exceptions. If there are such areas of the cosmos where these universal laws are not applicable, there can be no reality. We judge reality by the response of our senses. When we are convinced of the reality of a given situation, we abide by its rules. No matter how advanced a being is they must obey these universal laws that govern the universe. If they disregard these laws, they will endure the consequences (One being homelessness).

For example, your excellent reporting on cattle mutilations. From my perspective there is a simple explanation for this. The mutilations are the result of immunological studies. They keep the blood and discard the body because of the risk of microbial cross contamination aboard their spaceship.

I don't know if this is hubris on my part, but whoever is conducting such operations is not very smart. Once they abduct these animals they immediately go into biochemical stress. As they are draining the blood from these poor animals they are going into systemic shock. I would bet this is when they begin the “slicing & dicing” process.

They are no longer in a state of homeostasis (the tendency toward a relatively stable equilibrium between interdependent elements, especially as maintained by physiological processes.) in their blood chemistry. So, whatever they are trying to accomplish is not a complete success. Therefore, there has been many cases of cattle mutilations because they cannot get the results they desire because the animals are in a constant state of biochemical stress until they are killed. I am sure this skews their data

I keep on asking myself is this the best that their science can do. The mutilation and killing of cattle for unsatisfactory results. In my opinion, if this is their best effort they are not the “brightest stars” in the universe.

If we could level the playing field by taking away the Extraterrestrials exotic technologies these beings would demonstrate probably just an average intelligence. There is an old saying "all that glitters is not gold." Just because they have advanced technology this is not a true indication of advanced intelligence.

Supposedly, during WWII the Nazis had flying saucers, does this mean they were mental giants? The main thing the EBE's have in their favor is that they have been around a lot longer than us humans.

We must stop equating advanced technology with high intelligence.

Kindest Regards,

Richard Daystrom
