Allen Hynek. Date unknown.<\/p>\n<p>There are two images. The first image is the front of the card, the second image is the inside of the card.<\/p>\n<p>Hynek coined the term &#8220;Close Encounters&#8221;, and was the astronomy consultant to the U.S. Air Force\u2019s UFO projects including Project Bluebook.\u00a0Inside the card (which is the\u00a0second image) Hynek wrote:\u00a0&#8220;Merry Christmas! How&#8217;s this for a close encounter of the third kind!
