It has sat in my archives until recently found again. I do not vouch for the information, as I did not conduct it, but wanted to share it for research purposes and discussion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Copyright notice:<\/strong> <em>An attempt to find the author, Edward Mcbride, failed. In addition, a search was made to find commercial copies &#8211; a bound version for sale &#8211; to find the copyright. That came up negative. It does not appear to be published in any form, nor appear anywhere on the internet or for sale. So, it was decided that it would be posted under &#8220;fair use&#8221; with a copyright notice attached attributing the work to the author, wherever he may be.
