Witness Testimony<\/h3>\n

The witness submitted the following report:<\/p>\n

“I have been seeing these things for a month now. But the one I’m seeing today is different first time seeing this one. Please listen to me I’m not making it up. they r out there right now. It’s my human obligation to tell & show what I see.”<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

At this moment in time the witness has not responded to further contact by email after the initial submission. Therefore the lack of specific details makes it difficult to assess the case.<\/p>\n

Using just the short written report and a dark photograph its difficult to form a conclusion.<\/p>\n

Photo analysis revealed an issue between Date of sighting and photo creation date which was taken after the date of the sighting:<\/p>\n
