It was assigned to TBV Investigations&#8217; researcher Michael Glenn for analysis.<\/p>\n<h3>Witness Testimony<\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em><strong>&#8220;I thought this was a plane but it appears to hit something in the air and kept on flying as if nothing happen!&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h3>The Evidence<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/44I_yIVRX_Y\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3>The Analysis<\/h3>\n<p>Video was run through Adobe Premiere to enlarge the object, and run filters.<\/p>\n<p>Adjusted with INVERT and noticed a shadowy shape in front of and behind the object at 0:16:20 and :21, Object appears solid.<\/p>\n<p>Adjusted with AUTO CONTRAST, adjusting the levels to Black Clip, 10%, and White clip .99%.<\/p>\n<p>Found a lip, such as a roof soffit or gutter in the foreground which the unknown at 0.:17:14 when the object is supposed to &#8220;disappear.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>Conclusion<\/h3>\n<p>Preliminary conclusion is that this is a water droplet, or snowflake, as it does appear to be snowing, which is passing over the lens of the camera.<\/p>\n<p>The artifact is likely where the droplet crosses across oil or dirt on the lens.<\/p>\n<p>Another indicator it is likely water is the shape changing of the blob frame by frame.
