Background

The following report was submitted on August 10, 2018. It was assigned to TBV Investigations’ researcher Michael Glenn for analysis.

Witness Testimony

The witness submitted the following description:

“Bright light high in the dark sky turned in 6 lights and made a shape like a boomerang formation the slowly vanished.”

The Analysis

After an initial contact, I was given a phone number to call the witness. After making contact, the witness hung up and would not answer. Details remain thin to try and solve this case.

There is an airfield, Lackland AFB, 8.5 miles to the southwest of the address from which the sighting was made. There is also a medical complex to the west, and a second airport, San Antonio International, 4.23 miles to the northeast. The lighting scheme described can very easily be attributed to the running lights of a mundane aircraft, in absence of any other information from the witness.

Conclusion

This case is near impossible to solve, since there is no evidence and no witness contact to ask follow up questions. It is archived here for reference, in hopes other witnesses’ may come forward.
