A CHURCH Warsop woman is wondering if 'the truth is out there' this week after seeing what she believes could have been the lights of a UFO.
Tina Pidduck's 13-year-old daughter Chara alerted her to the 'strange rings of light' at around 9.30pm on Friday, although Tina says she was initially sceptical about her daughter's claims.
"I thought she was just messing me around, and when she took me outside to look for these lights I couldn't see anything at first," she said.
"But as soon as the outside house light switched off I suddenly saw these large beams of light in a circle in the direction of Langwith.
"It lasted about half an hour –– these rings of light were pulsating outwards but facing inwards –– and they seemed to be coming from the sky."
Tina, who lives on Birch Street, is keen to find out the cause of the phenomenon, and is urging anyone who might have an explanation to come forward.
