Hell's bells, AC/DC are digital at last

November 20, 2012

AC/DC'S entire catalogue, including 20 studio and live albums and three compilations will be available on iTunes for the first time worldwide, Columbia Records and Apple have announced.

Until now the Australian heavy metal group that was formed by two brothers, Angus and Malcolm Young, in 1973, had refused to put their music on Apple's online music store.

"AC/DC's thunderous and primal rock and roll has excited fans for generations with their raw and rebellious brand of music, which also resonates with millions of new fans discovering AC/DC everyday," Columbia Records and Apple, said in a statement announcing the deal.

"Their growing legion of fans will now experience the intensity of AC/DC's music in a way that has never been heard before."

The group's 1976 debut album High Voltage, its classic Back In Black and 2008's Black Ice are among the albums available on iTunes.
AC/DC were previously one of the few acts that would not release music through the digital outlet.

Two years ago Apple struck a deal with The Beatles' record label, EMI Group, and management company, and began selling the legendary band's music.

Kid Rock, who had also been against selling his music through the digital retailer, has just released a new album, Rebel Soul, which is available on iTunes. Country star Garth Brooks, however, has yet to release his music on iTunes.

AC/DC's music has been mastered for iTunes and fans can download entire albums or individual songs.

there is just one that beats the former listing...

and it is this...POSSIBLY THE BEST SONG VOTED AS NUMBER 1 IN MY HOUSE....NO OTHER SOLO HAS BEEN ABLE TO BRING ,TO BRING IT ON AS MUCH !!
NOT AS JUST A SOLO, THE SONG LYRICS AND CHORUS HAVE A DEED UNTO ITSELF.
SO AS I SAID IT HAS BEEN NUMBER 1 IN MY HOUSE FOR AT LEAST A DECADE ...NOW THAT IS SOMETHING 8-)

tOP

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MfmYCM4CS8o

THE TRACK ITSELF WAS CONTRACTED OUT AND jOVI DID'T PLAY IT,IT WAS A SPECIAL CASE WHERE MR JOVI NEED A SLIDER WHO HAD THE NUTTSSS AND THE NAME.. 8-) 8-) KF ME !!!
THE MOVIE YOUNG GUNS 2 , REQUIRED A KICKER SONG BECAUSE SEQUALS HAD TO KEEP A LIP ABOVE THE WATER SO TO SPEAK .

A BRILLIANT CHOICE....
THE GUITARIST WAS JEFF BECK !!! HE CAME HE SAW, HE DROP A JOVI JAW !!! (ADMITTEDLY)

edit...the only thing i disagree with in teh lyrics is the idea of origional SIN...bs ....absolutely....but as they speculated it was just a addition,i guess being a western and a hardy fellows movie, it demands a heavy footing...dive in Hollywood ers!!!!

The topic starter reemerges !

Hail Chiselray!

One spills his blood for horror
Choice alone to suffer
Infernal voices calling

Catastrophe no waiting
10 more encircled wailing
It's his existence glowing

Blades for Baal
Demanding sharp and glistering slice
He can't fail
Join them is the one device

We spill and poison ground
Below the father's calling
His light will be unbound
Once fallen angel spreads his wings

Blades for Baal...

Two down on grounds unhallowed
With 9 more soon to follow
With reaches all but shallow...

Purest of all intent
Their candles burn both ends
Their juices wind and rain... Insane

Blades for Baal
Demanding sharp and glistering slice
He can't fail
Join them is the one device

Blades for Baal
All around me shining bright
Life-trade for this
Death to bring eternal night

Blades for Baal

... In the readings never found
Of ways to keep this Evil down
Time unmasks the deepest seal
For all the cursed who choose to reveal

Darkness takes another chance
Luring to the ritual dance
Collect the fallen necromance
And decidedly gathering all

Give welcome torment
Welcome blessing's fall
No crime just reason
Just an end to all

Mine is the one true Baal
Curse him no avail
He eats and drinks and burns you hail

So be the sacrifice
You really have no choice
Our lives his only vice
Give to him his drink then burn

Blades for Baal
Blades for Baal
Blades for Baal

8-)
I don't believe what I believe because it's what I desire to believe. I believe what I believe because it's what logic and reason cause me to believe. All I want is to live with the truth -- nothing more, nothing less.
