One of the best bands ever, in both music composition and lyrics.

Love this one. The Semantic Spaces cd from Delerium introduced me to the trance genre. I wore out that cd and loved every song on it.

Another good one; you have the creepy monks chanting, and then the bass line kicks in at 2:34... wow. Turn the bass and the volume up.

The goth slideshow somewhat detracts from what is a great song.

So in the genre of electronic trance music with vocals--you typically have one or two composers/arrangers put together some really good music and lyrics. Then they seek out a "session singer" who contracts with them to sing the lyrics.

Balligomingo found some INCREDIBLE session singers, some of whom I haven't heard sing for anyone else.

Here are some submissions from Balligomingo and I'll put the name of the session singer before each one. Beautiful music and voices!!! Here is a sampling from each singer:

Camille Miller - Lost (my favorite on the cd - what a seductive voice)

Jody Quine - Privilege (a close #2)

Beverly Staunton - Falling (she sings about falling deeply in love -- nice touch on the homemade video!)

Beverly Staunton - Marooned (she cries out "save me" at the beginning and it makes a tear form in my eye)

Jennifer Hershman - Sweet Allure (just... wow)

War is an extension of economics and diplomacy through other means.

Economics and diplomacy are methods of securing resources used by humans.

Securing resources is the one necessary behavior for all living things.

War = Life
