I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable week-end, maybe the weather will cooperate in you neck of the woods and you can relax and enjoy just being alive and hopefully, well.

Mine are filled with work on the property, yard, garden ETC. Thankfully most all of the heavy chainsaw work has been completed. Easily three cords of wood split and stacked neatly for the soon to be here Fall/Winter season  Not even Summer yet

Vegetables are starting to grow fairly well in the garden, I guess we'll plant some tomatoes Tomorrow, if we can find any that is  Lot's of people planting gardens these days.

I've some fresh cherry wood which is great for smoking Chicken. I've a hankerin for some smoked chicken, and fresh homemade potato salad. If it doesn't rain too much Sunday I'll break out the old smoker and let her rip.

Bonfires, cold beer, smokers, chainsaws, gardens   What have I become?

Encouraged by my attempts to use resonance to maximise back emf on some coil circuits I've made recently, I'm going to try to rectify it and pulse it to a capacitor and from there to a lead/acid battery.

This weekend is going to have be sitting at my bench as I always do in the small hours as I ponder possibilities of extracting/redirecting ever more of the energy which is an intrinsic part of every frequency thoughout the entire electromagnetic spectrum.

But free-energy is a lot of hard work to set up and I can charge a battery or run an LED or two, so I've got a long way to go before I can tackle Big Oil.

I'm trying 10 pairs of coils wound opposite to each other in the test I'm trying to set up tonight. It'll be driven by a battery which is fed to the coils via a reed switch. I have dozens of tiny rare-earth and NEO magnets placed strategically around the circumference of an old record player platter which hopefully will turn it and at the same time provide sharp spikes of EMF which when in resonance with the rest of the coils should extract enough radiant energy to overcome friction and other loosses and then I'll obtain a nett gain. ie overunity.

Or I might get round to finishing it in a few days as I'm always finding ther things to do. I'd love to do some gardening and get out in the sunshine.

I was going to spend my weekend sitting on the edge of a field. Sadly the game on Saturday has been called off.

My weekend will be spent on the beach, doing some volunteer survey work. Every year this group called the "Shore keepers" gets together, trains new volunteers, and then they go out and check on the state of about a dozen different coastal sites around here, keep track of all the different chemical content in the sand, the water, the wildlife. Keep track of the species of wildlife, which new ones we've got, which old ones we've lost, their approximate populations etc..

Fun eh?

Mael, if you feel like explaining what your doing in depth feel free to post or PM me the details, I'm into that sort of stuff. :D

My 'KEY BAK.'

I got two of them about nine years ago. One for me and one for my g/f (who is now my wife).

I've occasionally had to clean the insides out and oil mine, and I've had to service my wife's one once. Pretty handy and I would be at a loss without it.

Tonight as I was unlocking my favourite g/f's door my KEY BAK came apart. Not just the screw, but the centre piece. It has a slot in it to accomodate the spring, and it seemed to have been a press-fit.

I couldn't press it in again, and attempts to weld it with solder resulted in it melting (is it bizmuth)? So I found a screw with a nut, cut it to the right length and also cut a slot down the middle with a hacksaw so I could slide the spring in it. I soldered the head of the screw to the back plate, and heated the ends of the coil (spring) so I could bend it without breaking it and attached it to the plastic rotating drum and the screw.

It was a bit fiddly, but not too difficult, and it works again.

Y'see I can't expect to find anything tough enough to last long, and I was surprised that that KEY BAK had lasted as long as it had because I am pretty rough on my tools.

It says it was made in Ontario, Canada, and also stamped on the chromed back (where the clip is) it says it it was distributed by CTL Co, Wi, and just to confuse me it says at the end that it was assembled in Mexico.

It's good quality and I wondered if anyone here has got one and also whether they are made anymore?

I just wondered if I had anything that was actually made in the US, and I think Canada is close.

What gear is made in the US now? What's it like?

Was my birthday on Friday, so hopefully I can party it up at a couple friend's houses all this week.

If not, then I guess I'll just sit down and do school work, safe and sound.
