sanctions on ISI ?

Postby ricardo » Tue Apr 03, 2012 3:35 pm

some talk of sanctions on isi / military elements. cooperation is painfully slow.

supporting secular elite ( love affair ) may be too costly at expense of American

and regional security. I will assume nuclear articles are in the hands of

unfriendlys in Pakistan. if , there was complicity of isi in protecting bin laden.

and radical organizations . we need an major rethink. what do we value ?

attempt to purge collaborating upper echelon. divide and reward.

if you make demands have consequences for actions.

review military cooperation - bases in area. ( adjust.)

supporting secular elite has not proven effective . ( metrics)

isi and military must choose sides . they can't play double game.

drone attacks will further justification for terrorist support and protection

and offensive operations.

insulting Pakistan with bribes and blood money may get the job done.

saeed and others openly operating in pak is outrageous. make formal

request for arrest and extradition.

control diligently , airspace around pak.

secular elite will do anything to stay in power. right ?

have we tried bribing everyone ?

worst enemy of radicalism is development not bombs. aggressive development.

not necessarily, ...historically tainted , politically associated NGOS.

tolerance begins in a environment of the workforce development.

extensive supervision of programs , goods and services, build nation to nation

confidence. NGOS may be a outdated method of human development.

what else is there. ?
