Ghost in the Machine was a good one.
Also, can't remeber the name of it, but the one with the Baseball Player that's an Alien.

Scariest/creepist one is with the lady with no arms or legs under the bed and the creepy family.

Unnatural (i love that one) it was a great spin on racial issues

And Bad blood is on the top ten for sure....the ocd spin and the different views between mulder and scully was funny as hell.

If I jave to choose between the mythology episodes...
Hmmm...It´s gotta be The Beginning that´s for sure.
The end owns all
And of course The Truth

Scariest...

Blood (music makes it scary as hell when you are young )
Space (It was just weird watching it when you were young...)

Best episodes included

The original Pilot, EBE, Deep Throat, The Anazasi Trilogy, Nisei/731, and the side splitting Jose Chung's From Outer Space which featured Former Wrasslling Governor Jesse Ventura and Alex Trebek as sinister Men In Black

I also loved Musings of a Cigarette Smoking Man which put a human face on Mulder and Scully's major nemesis.....

Image

He masterminds major Government conspiracies yet can't get his novel published....He orders J. Edgar Hoover about and engineers the Rodney King riots but can't save his own marriage from crumbling...

When he finally gets one of his hack stories published its by a sleazy skin mag who changes the ending and crushes his chances to break free from the Secretive Group he has become a prisoner too...

Which proves even the hidden forces behind certain matters are victims themselves...

A damn I forgot about Jose Chungs and Musings of a Cigarette Man.

They were excellent episodes.
Jose Chungs must be a close 2 second funniest episode I`ve seen.
Musings of a Cigarette Man the most interesting.

1. The plot that he killed both JFK and MLK
2. Describes why he is the way he is

Would definatly have to say Bad Blood. While I enjoy so many of the episodes, I rarely want to watch any other episode if I am just watching one. Most of the time I watch a season at time in a few night's sittings, or the whole alien conspiracy episodes. But if I just want a X-Files quickie I watch Bad Blood.
