Interesting, but it does not look like the tr3b.
It looks more like a delta wing version of the B-2 bomber.
Here are some better pic's of the tr3b.

30 years later, I expect much more advanced craft....

Are you refering to the TR3 "Black Manta?" I'd heard the name mentioned in a documentary some years ago.
