I see Japan either subverting or changing their constitution to develop weapons again, they already are. They will do this because of China, Dear Leader and Dear Reader.
What?

Japan trying to cause trouble? By noting the concerning build up of the Chinese military? Alrighty then, I guess I missed a step, but whatever.

The Imperial Army shall rise again!
War is an extension of economics and diplomacy through other means.

Economics and diplomacy are methods of securing resources used by humans.

Securing resources is the one necessary behavior for all living things.

It would most likely be in a lot of peoples interest to question China's military build up IMO. I dunno, maybe Japan is trying to stir the pot, but as I see it they are bringing up questions about China because they are not allowed to start building up their own military beyond a restricted defense force.

So it sounds, to me, a lot more like a forewarning so that in the future they will be in a better position to start their own build up, for they have previously voiced concern.
