Are the Mentally Unstable, those under restraining orders or convicted felons part of a newly defined sect of Americans who have been rejected as part of "We the People"?

Ghandi was a convicted felon
Nelson Mandela was a convicted Felon
Martin Luther King was a convicted Felon

The Gov't is greatly abusing their power. I am fearful for our future ladies and gentleman.
