i doubt its for people. i saw one soutn of me that went back anf forth from horizn. would stop the light would appear. then go farward,stop back up light wouls come on again all the way from horzon to horizon. in that are there is no people to speak of ( in the country) no idea what it was doing, but no reason for its actions if it were to look for people.

thats been a fiew years ago. report is on nuforc.under ashgrove mo, to find that one. i used that on google and it got all my reports.
