Postby greeney2 » Mon Dec 31, 2012 11:42 am

Lets all start with a pack of lies again!

The big one is a freaking diet that works.

Knowing when a battle is a futile on the message board to keep my BP under control.
(The war forum used to be the source of the most unfriendly exchanges, not it is definitely from the religion forum.)

Doing all the overdue projects with the house.

Get rid of junk and turn it into something we can use.

Winning the 2013 chess tournament against John! (his sister gave me a great book about chess for Christmas  )

a diet that works ???

DON'T EAT that WORKS :silent:

Do you want a diet to work, then you need to know how a body works .

The new word of the day is moderation ....But some people still envelop a style of that meaning into everything they put in their mouths..
The problems lie therein for some people..
It is always about moderation mostly ,i ahve stuck to calorie counted diets when i was lifting ...The changes are amazing when you play around with them.

......

A new years resolution is either to stop something or to start something ??? or to moderate .

So what am i going to do ,i thought of Bruce Lees advice and he said one day ,and this is good advice.

He Say - Grasshopper " Be happy ,but never satisfied "

so therfore i will not take another day for granted .
