The moon is NOT a planet. It's a space station put here long ago so alien demons could monitor what the dinosaurs were thinking.

No, they couldn't control them. Everybody has free will given by God. The dinosaurs used theirs incorrectly so they were wiped out by God.

Not personally, of course. He delegates such tasks to subordinate entities. You might call them Angels. I call them Agents.
