I agree, it should be through the board and not a separate site but I think traffic on that site is where the funding comes from so...

You just have to go to the BV homepage to find the PM system, located up in the left side of the menu bar, click on the little envelope icons. It is not accessable from the message board anyplace. Wish it was too.
