that Obama be denied any campaign objectives , that the legislative body
will block or possibly interfer with the Taliban prisoner exchange program,
that links peace with reintegration.

in other words...politicizing american troop involment overseas and Taliban peace talks to gain political power at home. most oft repeated cliche is
'we dont negotiate w/ terrorists.'

detainees at gitmo are gradually being shipped to third parties overseas
and reintegrated back to their countries of origin and thus pose little threat to USA interests domestically or in host countries. peace for peace...

gitmo will close.
