You're right. This is a lie. Because I happen to know there WAS an alien cover-up. I know because they borrowed my best Afghan for the purpose (they said the alien was complaining about being cold). They promised FAITHFULLY to return it and I never saw it again!!!

outsourcing for 'deniable culpability' has been the buzz word of the
govt for years. for example: outsourcing security to private entities during armed conflict limits both liability , culpability, and conventional rules of
war.

none of these actions related to individual UFO intel exists in an vacuum.
I would seek to investigate these collaborative international shared
information gaps, through FOIA. gain info. through associations.
