This was a local newstory tonight. She used a 10 inch kitchen knife. At least the poor guy can say it wasn't a little pocketknife. Seems that the gargage disposal really finished the job. Think I;ll do the dishes tonight, just to be safe.

Police: Estranged wife cut off husband's genitals

GARDEN GROVE, Calif. (AP) — Police say a Southern California woman drugged her estranged husband, tied him to a bed, cut off his penis with a knife and threw it down a garbage disposal.

Garden Grove police Lt. Jeff Nightengale tells City News Service the attack occurred Monday night. He says 48-year-old Catherine Kieu Becker was booked at the Orange County Jail for investigation of aggravated mayhem, false imprisonment, assault with a deadly weapon, administering a drug with intent to commit a felony, poisoning and spousal abuse.

The 51-year-old victim's name was not released but Nightengale says he is in serious condition after surgery at a hospital.

Nightengale says the woman told responding officers the victim "deserved it."

The woman is due in court Wednesday. A telephone listing for her residence could not be located.

Wow that is wicked evil or temporarily insane.

I don't think she will find a mate in a long time.
She preplanned the whole thing when she drugged him.

The man is now listed in Stable condition I read today. This case makes every man cringe, and almost every woman sympathizing with her, at least in the statement "he deserved it". No! this guy did not deserve it even if the sentiment fits.

Brings up a real moral question in a way, as to "who deserves it", and should it really be done. This was over a divorse that got nasty from the sound of the story. What about those who do deserve it by the crimes they commit, like rape or child molesting? Our society considered this a cruel and unusual treatment, but we could make a list of those who deserve it, 3 miles long, and include every sex offender on the data base for starters.

We let people off the hook for murder everyday, but hurt a dog or animal people are willing to hang you, literally, but the death sentence for murder is a problem. A rapist might get 10 years, but if you cut off his privates, because he deserved it, they are saying this woman may get life.

I think I better help with the dishes tonight !

What would Jesus do?

When there is no question that someone as murdered and that has acknowledge it within a preplanned contentment I am for the death penalty.
This in a context of robbing a bank or for example killing someone for robbing them.
I might be more lenient to someone who kills in a fit of passion, or temporary insane by being in prison for a very long term.
Child rapist should have their balls cut off or what ever necessary that they should never have any sexual urges again in their life and imprisonment.
All sadists and serial killers should be a death for the crime that they have committed.

If wild animals can behave like this, men women and late teenagers , that commit evil intentional atrocious crimes ( and not an accident )should be put to death in a humane fashion.
