Amazing footage, and I hope the fact that three or more cameras caught it makes for an impressive case to the governments of the world.

I found a youtube video of Jaime Maussan analyzing this ufo video. The whole analysis is pretty good but the most interesting part occurs at 6:11 during the third recording. Jamie Maussan points out the fact that the buildings are reflecting the light from the object. When the object departs you can see the buildings go black.
This is about as legit a UFO video as they come.
