Ufologists have started collecting money to build a memorial for fallen aliens in the Ukrainian city of Berdichev, Aleksandr Nalisman, project author, is quoted as saying by a local newspaper.

Ufologist said aliens, who visited the Earth, usually became the victims of different catastrophes. What is more, “people of Earth have not paid attention to the lives of the aliens”.

Yes, it reminds me of the sect that claimed to have cloned a human female by the name of Eve. I think they were the Radiolarians, or Raelians, not sure. Either way, I thought this article was pretty bizarre. Still, very interesting as well. During the 2010 US Midterm Elections, there was a proposal submitted to the Colorado ballot box referendum which would have set aside "categorized funds" for the strict purpose of setting up a commission that would deal with exopolitics/dealing with the prospect of ETs visiting Earth and what to do just in case that happens. However, it failed by 80%+
