John jr and his friend, and me got excited about Farve last season. They were really glued to the entire season, I did a little. He sold a lot of tickets and he will this year too probably. Ol goats like me love to see an old man whip some ass! Look how many people were rooting for Geroge Forman, he started a trend, old guy comebacks. We all get there at some point.

Just to tick me off, a friend of mine who is a Packers fan, knowing how much I love my Falcons, sent me a commemorative Favre bobble-head doll that was given out in his last game as a Packer. The thing I imagine was worth quite a bit of money.

I took it out of the plastic bag and placed it on my entertainment center next to the TV.

Bad mistake. That night I was surfing with my headphones on, and realized the dog was being a little to quiet. I found him on the master bed. When he made eye contact with me, he looked down and back up to me as if to proudly show me what he had accomplished.

Needless to say, the Favre bobble-head doll was beheaded, dismembered, and irrepairable.

Oh well..... I'm sick of the guy anyway. :D

I was always a Favre fan until he left the Packer fans high and dry and now has all this hype surrounding him every season.. because he pretends he's going to retire until practice is wrapped up. Then suddenly he changes his mind. Too predictable this year. And I have a gut feeling he's really going to regret setting foot on the grid-iron this season. Defenses are not going to be sympathetic, believe me.

Tavaris Jackson better be ready to start when the time comes.
