Ever been watching TV and for no reason the thing lets off a noise that sounds like a plastic crack noise? Doesn't affect a thing, and doesn't seem to have a cause, it just makes a tink noise, and there is no sign of plastic broken on the housing. Doesn't happen too often, doesn't hurt anything, but what makes the noise? Heat related expansion or contraction is the only thing I can think of.

Must be heat or something similar but I personally would have it checked. Oh BTW, G'day.

My TV randomly makes robot sounds.

I have reason to believe it's a Terminator.

My current tv doesn't so this..my fridge does sometimes, though..I was thinking of getting it checked


I think, back at some point, I might have had a tv that did something like that, though..suddenly made an irritating noise for amoment.

It probably has something to do with signal interuption..for maybe some inert reason..or..it could be..THE EVIL OVERLORDS..Bwa! Ha! Ha!

It's just gremlins. If you ignore them and don't make them mad they won't do too much damage.

My T.V started doing this last night when my fiance was doing whatever it she does upstairs and was going from room tot room, I figured out why it was making the clicking noise on my T.V; It was her switching power points on and off, the T.V is obviously on the same circuit.

Maybe you could change power points Greeney2 and see if your clicking noises stop.
