Doctor Who finale

OMG!!
I fricken loved it.
I loved this whole last seaon of "Doctor Who".
Really like the new Doctor. (took a couple shows to warm up to him, but once I did..I really did..he's great)
LOVED the finale this season...sooooo good

I like him too. And it seems right that "The Doctor" should finally be played by an actor named "Smith." He having used the pseudonym "Dr. John Smith"* off and on since 1970.
I'll admit that I was worried when they first announced that Matt would be taking over. I felt he might be too young to be able to give the impression that he is well over 900 but Matt does just fine.

* He gives himself the name at the end of the episode "Spearhead From Space" which introduced us both to Jon Pertwee as "The Third Doctor" and to the Nestene Consciousness (which would be the first enemy Christopher Eccleston would encounter).
