I believe there is a conspiracy worldwide controlled by, not America, but Russia. There are innumerable radio signals coming from various locations in Russia and the most remote places in America, most of which are mysterious enough to be considered possible government experiments. I believe all the unexplained signals are part of a mass mind-control scheme just beginning to take effect. Take the three most known, for example. The 'Russian Woodpecker'. Yes, it has stopped, but when it was broadcasting there was a proven hidden message inside, inexplicable by government and citizens alike. However, the H.A.A.R.P. project has a proven hidden message, in a series of beeps of varying length. The obvious way to decode this message is in morse code, which has been done, and translates into 'vltkue pfgpa'. However, even overlooking the large possibility the message isn't coded in morse code, the translated message is again inexplicable. The third signal I am considering to be a large part of this mind-control scheme is the infamous 'The Buzzer' or UVB-76. This is an ongoing phenomenon. UVB-76 is a radio station in Russia that has been continually broadcasting the same repeating buzzing sound since 1982, and more than likely before. There is no proven hidden message in this broadcast, but as the buzzing has only stopped three times in over 28 years, there has to be some hidden meaning to it. Please, people, help me to figure this thing out!

I wouldn't put anything past Russia..or America for that matter.
Or anybody really.
Rotten people are capable of any rotten thing.
And sadly, there's a-lot of rotten people in this world.

Definately. I just wish there was a way to put a stop to this without being whacked in secrecy by one government or another.
