KGB Conspiracy

I read in 2 places - one in a forum was biased towards a particular political party, the other I can't recall - that the current (and past) influx of Arab and African peoples, mainly muslim, was part of an engineered KGB plot to destabilise Europe. Has anyone else heard or read of such a plot/policy in the name of the KGB?
The Soviet Union did have a warm relationship with the Arabs and Radical Iran and the ongoing influx of Islamic immigration in Europe is heavily supported by left-wing Govt.s in the EU - eg. New Labour's deliberate multi-culturism policies in Great Britain.
Does anybody have any info?
