Any Fellow TORCHWOOD Fans Here ?

Just want to ask my fellow BV'ers here if they watch TORCHWOOD on BBC America and follow the adventures of Captain Jack Harkness and his band of Alien Fighting/Paranormal Investigators ?

TORCHWOOD is like one part X-Files, One Part Californication, and One Part Heroes with some Adult Themes mixed in...

We love this series and think Captain Jack Harness is a kewl dude...First saw him in DR WHO Episodes THE EMPTY CHILD & THE DOCTOR DANCES and loved how he spent his last minutes (NOT!) kicking back with a Cocktail and a sigh !

Not to mention the Sexy WPC Gwen Cooper (Looks Like Joan Jetts Middle Sister), Toshiko Sato the Computer Expert, Medical Specialist Owen Harper, Dogsbody Ianto Jones, and many more cast members to come....

Definitely a relief from all the Trekkie Nerd Crap and worth a look !

Love chicks with Long Black Joan Jett Hair and clad in Leather Jackets like Gwen....

Just saw an article about this yesterday.
Looks like Fox got their hands on the rights to make an "Americanized" version of it.
Lots of arguements against it. Certain BBC shows just don't make it with their hollywood versions.
The office made the transition but that's about the only one.
Coupling is an great BBC show, the US version failed big time. Even with the same storyline.
Dr. Who is another that failed bigtime when hollywood got their hands on it.
