This is a very interesting film everyone should watch. Not just Americans but, the whole world will be effected. It's about the NWO and Obama's part in it.

GOP Wants Cash for Clunkers to Fail Because It's Helping Mainstreet America Economically. But It's Too Late.

Ah sure, the Republican Capitol Hill "Cash and Carry" politicians don't like the "clunker" rebates because the more fuel efficient new cars will make us less dependent on oil and reduce pollution. It's a given that they would detest it for those reasons alone.

But the heart of their opposition to "cash for clunkers" is that it's a win-win success for Mainstreet America:

1) Surplus inventory that is forcing the automobile industry to lay off and furlough workers is sold off, resulting in unemployed people involved in the auto industry going back to work.

2) The hike in employment and in car industry cash flow results in more consumer spending, which helps the economy in general.

3) Car owners will find that they are paying less at the gas pump and have more in their wallet as a result.

4) The Detroit car industry gets a shot in the economic arm (even though foreign car manufacturers also make out big).

But reason number 5 is the killer. It's the same reason that the GOP -- in addition to humongous campaign contributions -- is against a government option on healthcare, not to mention single payer.

Reason number 5 is the same reason no Republican would vote to eliminate Medicare.

Reason number 5 is that the "cash for clunkers" program is so popular with Mainstreet Americans that it makes them feel more positive about the national government. My God, it's kind of like a tax break, but coming from the Democrats, but it benefits middle Americans, not just the tiny percentage of super wealthy, and it boosts the economy by increasing production -- not by just tossing 2 trillion dollars into the Wall Street gambling casino that only produces embossed paper shares that have little anchoring real value and gambling debts from the likes of derivatives.

Yes, the "cash for clunkers" additional 2 billion dollars will pass the Senate before adjournment because the horse is out of the barn, and the GOP won't be able to placate enraged potential car buyers with Glenn Beck or Rush Limbaugh "white victim" demagoguery if they filibuster it.

Consumers know a bargain -- and they're glad to get it from their government.

It's the biggest fear of the Republicans that if this were to ever happen to healthcare, through a government option or Medicare for everyone, that the tide would turn and Americans would start embracing federal programs instead of scorning them as the "fixed market for big-profit winners" pick their pockets.

"Cash for Clunkers" is a mini-version of what the Republican "leadership" is desperately and dangerously trying to keep from happening with healthcare; the passage of legislation for the common good that would make Americans feel good about their government and angry at how the "fixed market" had taken them for an economic ride over the cliff.

Cash for clunkers is a stupid idea to begin with.

First, the reports are people are buying imported Toyota's and thats the only commerical I've seen for it. It should have been limited only to GM, Ford, and Cryslers that we just paid to bail out of bankruptsy, not foriegn car dealers.

Second, we just came out of severe credit abuse period that led to forclosures, repos, and maxing out credit cards, so this program only promotes getting back into debt and credit to help the dealers. How does that help the people?

Third, only people working now, and were able to buy a car anyway now are benifitting from this, this program doesn;t help anyone in a "needy or poverty level", who unable to pay for the most economical of new cars, even if you double the $4500. It helps no low income people and only helps middle class get deeper in debt.

Last, only a total fool would think giving you $4500 for a junk car, does not have something tacked onto the top line, the oldest trick in the book, for dealers to pull. They would gladly give you just about any figure for trade in, to show a big down, but that has to be added onto the other column. Either the factory sticker price will be packed, or bullshit charges will be added, or it will be against higher interrest rates, or some gimmick. Probably only the advertizers will qualify, and not the loaded vehicles in demand. Another discound gimmik, for models the dealers know are sales dogs. Dealers have already asked customers for additional checks, just incase the Government doesn't pay out, so you will be stuck, not them. At that point who needs the car if the Federal money doesn;t come thru? Its just opening the flood gates for getting screwed with a gimmick.

im watching the movie right now. I DONT want to believe that Obama is a "front man" but im going to watch for the sake of argument to the other side.

My first question of logic is this......You want someone that you know will get in. Why choose someone who is half black, has a "non american name", is too young for the job (according to the older american voters). Has an outspoken wife. And a parent that wasnt born here???

I mean come on that alot of uphill battle to win. He was never projected to win the election.

and to you "birthers" out there.....which is it is he a front man or a man who has no place on the throne

i will write more when the movie is done.

Thanks for posting the movie :D

Bottom line is Chicago is as corupt as it comes, and hasn;t changed much from Al Capone days. Big politians on the top got corupt becasue they worked their way to the top in a dishonest and corupt system that has its roots(no pun intended)from every small neighborhood. Everyone forgets that its the bottom up in coruptness, where the bottom is paying off and greasing what is above them. Every little neighborhood is generating its own corrupt deals, and what better place finds both ends but "community organizers". they make the deals and swing the housing developments, social programs, and aid programs that they all gt payoffs from and skim in the name of community development. It begins with an Obama who links these things from his turf and neighborhood to the connections above that swing sneeky measures thru, and bingo tommorrow you find out the tract next to you is being torn down for a shopping mall. Why do you think city zoning meetings are scheduled for a weekday, all the way downdown when people can't get off work, or a time when they can't make it taking kids to school, etc. You have to show up at these dog and pony shows first, speaking gets on record, but the lack of letters sent registered mail, only lets them "pass the measure as unappossed". Its all crooked and corrupt but now they wear suits and carry briefcases, not tommy guns like Al Capone.

Now piece that altogather and ask why Obama has friends like Rinco, the radical Reverend, and the 60's Guru(forgot his name), and why patty Blagovich was the realitor who brokers Obamas house purchase? Where is Rod now, and remember what went on with the Senator appointment?

I haven't seen this yet, but where were you when Bush Jr and Sr were promoting the NWO as well?

I didn't say anything about either Bush, or Clinton working for the NWO, because I didn't expect anything different from them. Every president since 1900 has been working toward the NWO,(except maybe Kennedy, and we know how that ended.) and have been not much more than puppets for those with the real power. The point here is the Obama built his whole campaign on the promise of change. The only thing he changed was to put a black face on the same old puppet. That seems to work well for the Bilderburgs and the trilateral commission, since everyone has been complaining about white men running everything.

And you may have forgotten but, I believe I was one of the first to point out a possible link between Bush and the Anti-Christ. The only point of this thread is that we are getting the same old BS from our beloved government.

I may have a comment when I can gather myself enough to stop laughing, it'll be a bit.

Greeney you have to be one of the very most NEGATIVE PEOPLE I've ever come across in my entire lifetime. You stick your foot in your mouth more that a Carny at a freak show!

Cash for Klunkers is a way to help stimulate a segment of the economy. Lots of Americans build Toyota's, Honda's, Nissan's here in the states, you might want to look into that. Further as I've said many many times. People will lie 10x's more than even the worst SALESMAN~~Sales Reps are not dealers~~ Dealers are owners, most have money and can't pour piss from a boot when it comes to negotiating a car deal! ;)

It's Un-American to limit choice, so you're dropping the ball in that regard.

Lastly I'll not comment on which City is more corrupt~~Chicago or LA.~ Careful on the comparison for it seems you choose to throw big rocks while living in a gigantic glass house, but given your view on things that you have NO CLUE ABOUT~~I can certainly understand your urge to do so. It must be a type of hard wiring that you just can't help!

best,

Cole

Do you post on any other board aside from the BV? I ask since this topic is best reserved for those who can grasp it, that takes an open mind, something ( that at times ) is in short supply around these parts.

The NWO is alive and well, yes this movie is littered with the usual propaganda scare tactics as well as FACTS and TRUTHS most people will never believe, not even when it smacks them upside da head~~so to speak.

I believe Obama was indeed CHOSEN by the PTB~~and I point to the Tony Res stuff that unfolded prior to the election, the lid was conveniently kept on that stuff until it was very clear that Obama was going to win and win easily.

I live in Indiana, one of the so called battle ground states~~ IT WAS NEVER EVER that close around here~~NEVER~~They dragged the results out so MSM could reap a few ad dollars but it was long over even before the polls closed.

I live in a Republican area and Obama supporters outnumbered the REPS~~10 TO 1. It was as if everybody already knew the deal. ;)

Fintan Dunne has done much on this topic~~you may check it out at BFN. Lot's of very smart people over there.
