War is an extension of economics and diplomacy through other means.

Economics and diplomacy are methods of securing resources used by humans.

JMO, it looks like a picture of a ~4 year old girl that had earlier gotten carried away with the red paint, as a 4 yo would be inclined to. Picture could be in Kuwait, or New Mexico, or many different places. Hardly saddest, versus:
