Unidentified Aerial Phenomena were spotted over: Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Virginia, and Washington. UFOs were observed in Argentina, Australia, Canada, China, Ireland, Spain, Turkey, and UK/England.



The purpose of these files is to report weekly the UFO eyewitness and photo/video evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in space. These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over a thousand UFOs reported each month represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth. I personally became interested in UFOs when I was ordered to intercept one over England while flying for the US Air Force. The US Air Force under Project Blue Book investigated UFOs for more than twenty years, we continue this research.

I believe the God of the universe has spread life throughout the cosmos and UFO's are visiting us in ever increasing numbers.

Astronaut Buzz Aldrin has revealed that there is a "monolith" on Phobos the moon of Mars.



On July 22, during an interview on CSPAN's Washington Journal, Apollo 11 Astronaut Buzz Aldrin mentioned the monolith when he was promoting further exploration of the moon Phobos as well as going to Mars. The question is did extraterrestrial visitors put the monolith there? Aldrin's statement reinforces comments made by other astronauts that extraterrestrial vehicles were present during at least the first moon landing. It also raises questions such as "who really put the monolith there and how does Aldrin know about it?"



Aldrin's surprise revelation declared:



"We should go boldly where man has not gone before. Fly by the comets, visit asteroids, visit the moon of Mars. There's a monolith there. A very unusual structure on this potato shaped object that goes around Mars once in seven hours. When people find out about that, they're going to say 'who put that there?' The universe put it there. If you choose, God put it there..."

Mars Moon Phobos with Strange Tower
Canada Studies Mission to Mysterious Martian Moon Phobos



Optech Incorporated, the global market leader in the development, manufacture and support of advanced, laser-based survey systems, announced today that is has been selected by the Canadian Space Agency to lead the study of a Canadian-led mission to Phobos, the largest moon of Mars. The proposed Phobos Reconnaissance and International Mars Exploration ("PRIME") mission was selected from among 12 proposals received by the Canadian Space Agency last year to be the object of a concept and feasibility study.



The focus of the study will be to outline a Canadian-led mission that could rendezvous, study and land on Phobos, one of the solar system's most mysterious objects. Scientists believe Phobos may hold clues to the origin of Mars and the solar system. UFO: Apollo 11 Landing Site Image from NASA Is Alien Tower
Ronald Nussbeck writes, "The first images taken by the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) were published on the July 2, 2009, aimed at the region in the lunar highlands south of Mare Nubium (Sea of Clouds). On July 17, 2009 some images of the Apollo landing sites were released by NASA but a scientist was not so sure NASA had found the lander? Looking at the image the first thing Scientist Ron Stewart noticed was the size and shape of the shadow produced by the object that NASA points to as the lander, it is nearly twice the size of the crater in front of it. Using the most scientifically advanced imaging equipment APEP-ADVANCED PHOTOGRAPHIC EXTRACTIONPROCESS Mr. Stewart decided to look very closely at the object to determine if this was in fact the lander. Some Astronauts have openly said there were Aliens on the Moon and that their space craft was followed to the Moon by Aliens.



The photo shows the shadow of the Tower very clearly, it is estimated that the Tower is over two miles high. The Tower is also thought to be made of a metal not seen on Earth with manufacturing processes not known to humans. The fact that the Tower is over two miles high and was placed on the lunar surface means it is beyond human capacity to build it? The shadow length and size is incredible when compared to the landscape, the scientist also believes the object next to the Tower and horizontal to the crater has been air brushed to hide its features. Confirmation by Two U.S. Air Force Generals of Roswell Crash
Anthony Bragalia writes, In an interview conducted in the 1990's, former Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Brigadier General Arthur Exon confirmed the existence of the Roswell metal reports." Exon, the Base Commander of Wright Patterson in the 1960s, related that he was privy to some of the details on the composition of the crash debris and the variety of tests that were performed on it. Astonishingly, Exon stated of the debris: "It was Titanium and some other metal they knew about, and the processing was somehow different." Of course, special "processing" of Titanium and the "other metal" that "they knew about" (Nickel) is required to create Nitinol. Exon added tellingly, "And it wouldn't surprise me if the material wasn't still around, certainly the reports are." Exon was likely referring to the Battelle Progress Reports on memory metal done for Wright Patterson in the late 1940's.



Air Force General George Schulgen (who led Intelligence at the Pentagon at the time of the Roswell incident) authored a previously-marked "secret" draft memo on the flying saucer issue on October 30, 1947- about four months after the crash. In the verified version of this memo is found a section entitled "Items of Construction." Schulgen instructs his officers to be aware of flying objects and their materials of construction. He specifically notes the "unusual fabrication methods to achieve extreme lightweight" and that the material is of a "composite construction...using various combinations of metals." Schulgen is describing precisely some of the very characteristics of Nitinol. Just like the Roswell debris material, it is an "extreme lightweight" intermetallic alloy. Swine Flu Panic in the UK

Pharmacies in England are reporting a run on supplies
In some cases, drug stores in England say they are out of the items like surgical masks, thermometers and anti-bacterial gels by customers concerned about swine flu amid a surge in the number of people infected by the virus, and may not get more in for weeks or months. "People are very panicked," said a pharmacy assistant at Zafash Pharmacy in southwest London. The UK's Department of Health estimated this week that there were around 100,000 new cases of swine flu in England in the week ending July 17 -- nearly double the number of cases for the previous seven days. The UK has been hit hard by the H1N1 virus, with only the U.S. and Mexico recording more cases of infection, according to World Health Organization figures earlier this month. The World Health Organization has stopped giving a global tally of cases but said Friday that swine flu has now spread to more than 160 areas and territories in the world. At least 26 people have died of the disease and this week the British government set up a national flu hot line and Web site to allow those suspected of having swine flu to get a prescription for antiviral medication over the phone. Those who are given prescriptions must pick up the medication at designated collection points in their area.

Airliner Struck by Lighting
Bill Casey writes, "An airliner is struck by lightning in this video with no apparent effects. According to National Geographic, the peak V could be as high as 15 million volts or more. The images seem to confirm that the bolt emanates from the ground, but dissipates in the completed circuit of the clouds with interrupted contact drawn to objects in the path. This is a still photo just on initiation of the lightning bolt... Notice the ground and air bolt feeder strike at the same time!

Russian Navy UFO Records Say Aliens Love Oceans
The Russian navy has declassified its records of encounters with unidentified objects technologically surpassing anything humanity ever built, reports Svobodnaya Pressa news website. The records dating back to Soviet times were compiled by a special navy group collecting reports of unexplained incidents delivered by submarines and military ships. The group was headed by deputy Navy commander Admiral Nikolay Smirnov, and the documents reveal numerous cases of possible UFO encounters, the website says. Vladimir Azhazha, former navy officer and a famous Russian UFO researcher, says the materials are of great value.



"Fifty percent of UFO encounters are connected with oceans. Fifteen more - with lakes. So UFOs tend to stick to the water," he said. On one occasion a nuclear submarine, which was on a combat mission in the Pacific Ocean, detected six unknown objects. After the crew failed to leave behind their pursuers by maneuvering, the captain ordered to surface. The objects followed suit, took to the air, and flew away. Many mysterious events happened in the region of Bermuda Triangle, recalls retired submarine commander Rear Admiral Yury Beketov. Instruments malfunctioned with no apparent reason or detected strong interference. The former navy officer says this could be deliberate disruption by UFOs.



"On several occasions the instruments gave reading of material objects moving at incredible speed. Calculations showed speeds of about 230 knots, of 400 kph. Speeding so fast is a challenge even on the surface. But water resistance is much higher. It was like the objects defied the laws of physics. There's only one explanation: the creatures who built them far surpass us in development," Beketov said.



Navy intelligence veteran, Captain 1st rank Igor Barklay comments: "Ocean UFOs often show up wherever our or NATO's fleets concentrate such as near the Bahamas, Bermuda, and Puerto Rico. They are most often seen in the deepest part of the Atlantic Ocean, in the southern part of the Bermuda Triangle, and also in the Caribbean Sea."



Another place where people often report UFO encounters is Russia's Lake Baikal, the deepest fresh water body in the world. Fishermen tell of powerful lights coming from the deep and objects flying up from the water. In one case in 1982, a group of military divers training at Baikal spotted a group of humanoid creatures dressed in silvery suits. The encounter happened at a depth of 50 meters, and the divers tried to catch the strangers. Three of the seven men died, while four others were severely injured. "I think about underwater bases and say: why not? Nothing should be discarded," says Vladimir Azhazha. "Skepticism is the easiest way: believe nothing, do nothing. People rarely visit great depths. Arizona Sphere
RIO RICO -- My son and I were swimming and we were actually talking about UFO's when I looked up and this very bright light (sphere) was traveling southeast overhead on July 27, 2009. There was no sound, my son thought it was a plane, but it was too low and there were no other lights on it other than the very bright light. We watched it travel slowly across the sky and it wobbled once as it got smaller and then just winked out. It was too low for anything that I would consider the typical excuses for UFO's. It was just freaky because we were talking about UFO's. I've never seen anything like this before. I couldn't even begin to think of what it was; I knew it wasn't a plane or helicopter. California Black Rectangle
LA VERNE -- At 9:24 AM, I was driving west on the 210 Freeway when I noticed a large black rectangular object hovering perpendicular to the ground on June 3, 2009. As I got closer I realized it was not an airplane. The flat black object was hovering several hundred feet in altitude and looked two dimensional. All the traffic slowed down to get a look as we began passing the area. It hovered several hundred feet above the foothills and was very hard to focus on its exact contours. BELLVUE -- While out driving around sightseeing with my wife on July 21, 2009, northwest of Ft. Collins, I stopped and took several pictures of the greenery on the foothills due to the abundant rain this year. I noticed a commercial airliner contrail headed west, but paid it no attention. When we got home I popped the camera card into the computer to tweak the light and contrast levels when I noticed a black oval on one of the pictures that was facing west towards the foothills. I dismissed the possibility of it being a bird or plane because the camera picked up cloud details nearby that are actually smaller than the object. To me this indicates that at that level of magnification, wings would be seen if it was a plane or bird.



Additionally, if it was a blur of a bird in flight, there still would be areas of lighter or darker shades where light would reflect off wing, head, and abdomen or leg surfaces no matter how blurred it may be. There appears to be none of these as the object shows a consistent dark shade. There does however appear to be an area of lighter shade along the top of the object, possibly implying sunlight reflecting off the top surface. SUPERIOR -- I was taking random photos with my Nikon S630 camera and took 15 photos of an intersection on July 24, 2009. One photo shows two objects, and four seconds later the next photo shows no objects. I was looking in the direction of where the camera was pointing and did not notice the objects in the sky. I take approximately 7000 random photos a week, and I can guarantee anyone taking this number of photos will get images of UFOs. This is the second time this week I got photos of unknown objects.



On Tuesday July 14, 2009, I took a photo of a UFO while sitting at an intersection in Boulder County while waiting for the light to change. I have the moon roof open and hold my arm out and take as many photos as I can before the light changes. I get lots of looks, even from police officers. It is not illegal to take photographs, and remember I photograph everything and anything. Our alien visitors are out there and exist mainly in the IR spectrum which most humans cannot see. COLORADO SPRINGS -- My stereo was having this jumbled, fuzzed talking with voices that did not sound human so I had everyone listen, and they all agreed they heard it, even when the stereo was unplugged. There were two distinct voices both male. Also, at one point I heard one say my name. My friend and I would be lay down to sleep and we would hear distinct "whooshing" sounds in our heads, like a car driving by lamp posts with the window open. They would get faster and faster until our bodies were paralyzed even though we were awake. Sometimes I would hear the carpet shuffling and hear those same voices from the stereo talking over my bed, again two distinct voices around 3 to 4 AM. We are both kind of psychic and attract ghosts.





LITTLETON -- On June 27, 2009, the witness was photographing the sunset and took seven photos with a digital camera. She was traveling west on Route 470 but didn't notice the object in the sky. Florida Flying Object Photographed
DELAND -- On July 24, 2009, a thunderstorm system had just passed through east Volusia County which produced several tornadoes. I was interested in the cloud formations which looked very different for our area so I took a picture of the clouds with my cell phone. I did not notice the dark object when I took the photo as the clouds were my focus. This is the original photo off my cell phone. I hope someone can indentify this object as it has me baffled. WESLEY CHAPEL -- At 11:42 PM, on July 17, 2009, my neighbor knocked on my door and she said "Sorry to bother you so late, but my husband is in the back yard looking at some weird lights in the sky and thought you might want to see them too." I opened up my sliding glass door and looked up in the eastern sky and saw a triangular object in the sky moving from left to right and back left and up and down. It surely didn't look like anything I've ever seen in my life. I then ran back into the house to wake up my wife, who is the biggest UFO skeptic that I know, and said "Wake up! Wake up! You've got to come outside and see this thing!!" I then looked for our camera, a Casio Exilim 10.1 Mega Pixel Camera, and went back outside and started recording. I walked over to my neighbor's house and the three of us, watched this thing for two and a half hours.



My neighbor had binoculars and we could see the silhouette of this object as it moved in a pendulum type pattern. It made no sounds at all. It was a little smaller than the dime and was about 1000-3000 feet in the sky hovering over I-75 We sat on some chairs and watched this thing for a couple hours. I don't know what we saw, but it wasn't a plane. The night sky was very clear and there was no or very little wind that night. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Illinois ISS Plus Ball
BELLVILLE -- My son and I have seen the ISS many times and this time there was a star like object moving at the same speed near the ISS on Saturday, July 25, 2009, at 9:34 PM Central time. We noticed it as the ISS was about to fade out. The ISS was moving about W to SSE (best as I recall) and after my 8 yr old told me something was flying with it; I looked to see a tennis ball at arm's length away heading nearly due east. It was moving the speed of the ISS but slowing pulsating on and off. I consider myself an excellent aircraft spotter and this was no aircraft in my opinion. If it was it had to be at 30 k feet and several miles to our south. It was not a blinking nav light in my opinion either. A guy I work with said his wife and kids saw the same thing flying with/or by the ISS the same night sighting. They live about 70 miles north of me so if it were an aircraft it would be in a totally different part of the sky to them (far southeast?). This tells me it was something up high fairly near the ISS orbit. Thanks to Les Sova.



Michigan Triangle
CLARKSTON -- On July 22, 2009, I was taking random pictures of the clouds in a complete circle from my back deck, of about eight pictures total every time. I hope to catch something. This triangular object showed up on the second batch of pictures and looks like a triangle, but if anyone can focus it into a bird or bug, please do.

New Jersey Photo of Unknown
WEST HAMPTON -- The witness states, "While I was driving in Burlington County something in the sky caught my eye on July 11, 2009. After staring at it for around four minutes, I finally snapped some pictures. This was truly a very strange object. There is a clear-like vapor looking distortion on the bottom of the right half. North Carolina Black Disk Shape
MAYSVILLE -- I saw an object that was about 50 feet in diameter on July 23, 2009. It was hovering in place at approximately 1,500 feet in elevation. I was due east of my location on Bright town Road. It was black and of disk shape and 5:45 PM.



Note: Most sightings that we receive occur at night. Day sightings like this are generally more compelling due to improved visibility. Most disk objects are gray or silver. The black color sets this sighting apart from the "characteristic" disks. There is a chance that the object could have been silver, but appeared black due to sun exposure and the time of day. Ohio Low Flying Light
SOUTH BASS ISLAND -- My girlfriend and I were watching the fireworks at Put-In-Bay on Lake Erie at 10:30 PM on July 4, 2009. Half way through the fireworks a bright object appeared off to the right that moved toward us in a southwest direction and then stopped! I asked my girlfriend to take a picture. She zoomed in on it and took the attached picture and then it disappeared! We couldn't believe our eyes when we viewed this picture on her digital camera. Lots of people saw it and thought it had something to do with the fireworks. I was just wondering if anybody else got any pictures of this object that only appeared for about a minute!



Note: There is some question in whether or not the photo sent by the witness is the original (unedited) photo as output from the digital camera. GALLOWAY -- The witness called and reported his sighting about two hours after it occurred on July 24, 2009. He stated that he was walking his dog and noticed a bright light in the west-northwest moving towards the east-southeast from 10:11 to 10:15 PM. He said that the light was flying low in a clear sky. He said that he flashed his "mag" light at the light (7 to 8 times) and the light immediately moved upward, dimmed and disappeared.

Note: This account sounds like the witness had an interaction with an intelligent controlled craft. However, a check of satellite schedules show that the International Space Station (ISS) was visible "exactly at the time that the witness saw the light and in "exactly" the same direction where the witness the saw the light. Also the direction of movement of the ISS was as described by the witness. The witness would have had to seen the ISS. The ISS was very bright with a magnitude of -3.1. The apparent movement of the object in response to the witness's signal is not known. Perhaps the ISS was obscured by a cloud? NORTHFIELD CENTER -- I was out on my back porch and saw an object traveling east to west that appeared as very bright star 20deg above horizon on July 24, 2009. I ran in the house and grabbed my camera when I was able to get the object in the view finder. No noise was heard and the object crossed the eastern sky. This object was captured from the video that appears to be a triangle with a light at each point. The brightest light in the picture was at the rear of the craft.



In a somewhat related incident, the next night my wife and I saw to the east again around 10 PM, orange or red glowing orbs in the sky. These lights resembled the Phoenix lights that I was able to capture with a HD camera. Thanks to MUFON CMS






Oklahoma Twister and UFO
OKLAHOMA CITY -- It was on the evening of June 5, 2008, that my friend and I were driving back home from Ohio to Arizona. We ran into some nasty weather probably an hour or two out of Oklahoma City. At one point it seemed a tornado or funnel was forming so we used my cell phone to take the picture. We noticed the strange object hovering in the sky after we reviewed the cell phone pictures at the end of our trip. Thanks to MUFON CMS






Virginia Cylinder near Aircraft
WOODBRIDGE -- Here is a still from some video I was taking on my Sony Camcorder in Woodbridge on June 14, 2009. I did not notice anything passing this plane due to the very high speed it shots by onscreen. This is clearly not an insect. I only noticed after drinking a few beers one night previewing on the LCD that 'something' past by when I was looking at the plane. Washington Two See Disk Shaped Object
SEATTLE -- On July 23, 2009, I was at my computer when my friend on my balcony waved me over to see a glowing object that came up in the east and traveled South from 10 to 11:30 PM. At times it would hover, dart in all different directions, and it appeared and disappeared in the clouds. The object displayed a light show of orange and yellow lights with flashes of green. At times the lights looked like fireballs. We watched one shoot upwards past another that looked like a fireball and illuminated the clouds with a bright light. Using binoculars we were able to see the disk shape, which had rings of light on the outer edge and center with three large lights in the center ring. We had viewed this on the roof of Queen Anne Hill. It was truly amazing to watch.



Note: This report sounds convincing, but with more data perhaps an explanation could be rendered. The 90 minute sighting time is very long. Australia Diamond Shaped Object
I was looking in the same place I saw a UFO on May 23, 2009. This morning between 5:40 to 5:47 AM, on July 1, 2009, my husband and I saw a diamond shaped object. It was quite clear with a 20 x digital video camera. It looked like a mesh construction. There was a pulsating light inside and it kept moving away from us and then back towards us. KINGSTON, ONTARIO -- It started out as a glow in the distance, and looked like a plane's head light coming towards us. It got brighter and brighter so I asked my mate to look. As we watched it turned into what looked like a fireball the shape of an hour glass, then became a dimly lit object in the sky. As I watched it looked as if the sun was lighting up the object, sort of a vague outline. More grey then glowing. As I watched I noticed a red light on the lower right corner. It did not resemble a circle at this time, more like a chunk of something. No sound was heard. The light was very odd as the object moved to the 12 o'clock position. The red light travelled counter clockwise around and around making a complete circle about every 5 seconds. Just then I noticed a red glow on the top while the bottom was perfectly dark, other then the red light. As I noticed the faint red pinkish glow at the rear of the object another small object caught my eye. It looked like amber from a hot fire. Ireland Circular Object
DUBLIN -- I was driving down the Firehouse Road on June 28, 2009 and looked south towards the Dublin Mountains at 3 AM, and noticed two large circular lights low in the sky, where the cloud line is normally. At first I thought they were two bright stars, but then one of the objects started to move across the sky west to east at a very high speed and disappeared into the sky shortly after. There were no clouds in the sky so it travelled so high it disappeared into the atmosphere. It definitely wasn't an aeroplane as I am an avid plane spotter and can rule that out straight away. NAVALAGAMELLA -- At a family gathering on July 25, 2009, we were by the pool, when one of the family pointed at an object in the sky. We have four witnesses and I´m an experienced military adviser. We agreed this was not a balloon or any craft we had ever seen. It flew in a straight trajectory, and in a millisecond it vanished. Taking pictures with the cell phone proved worthless under the poor light condition.

Within ten miles of the incident there are two space related complexes.

KUMBURGAZ/ISTANBUL -- On June 12, 2008, night guard Yalcin Yalman filmed this object in a compound in Istanbul at 2:19 AM.

OTTERTON -- Skeptics who have dismissed the idea of UFO activity ever lurking in our skies may have to reconsider their belief after a fresh sighting - this time in Otterton.

A man called Spencer, from Hampshire, was on holiday in Ladrum Bay last week and noticed six bright orange lights moving at speed. He reported what he had seen on the Exmouth Journal website. His report makes the third sighting in three months. He said: "I spotted six very bright lights. They appeared over the course of five minutes and moved in a north-to-south direction at high speed over the channel and then faded. "Five of the six followed exactly the same flight path. They were flying above the prevailing cloud clove and at some point they faded slightly." Plane-spotter Milos Balvim, of Maer Road, reported a similar sighting to Spencer earlier this month. SHREWSBURY -- Whether it's alien activity or natural phenomena, reports of UFOs have flooded in this summer from across the county. Whatever the explanation, experts agree that the number of suspected flying saucers has hit unusual highs this summer. Philip Hoyle, of the UFO Investigation and Research Unit in Shrewsbury, has enjoyed a busy and exciting summer visiting people who have reported sightings of Unidentified Flying Objects. In an exclusive interview with the County Times, he revealed: "There seems to be a concentration of Orange Sphere reports around the Newtown and the Llansanffraid area, many witnesses are reporting seeing orange spheres in particular over hill farms around Newtown."

Other witnesses are describing cigar shaped craft with lights or windows along the side. "I met up with Frederick Kershaw, who was driving from Llanfyllin to Llansanffraid when he saw a cigar shaped craft flying very low over his car. "A similar shaped craft was also seen just above tree top level and was described as looking like an illuminated railway carriage in size and sighted just outside Knighton. "What is also very interesting is that farmers in these areas are observing odd lights in the sky at night above their farms and bizarrely discovering the next day their animals dead and mutilated with highly clinical surgical procedures performed on them."

There may be a connection to these strange animal deaths and the unconventional lights in the sky? If these lights are truly of an extraterrestrial origin why would they be conducting experiments on our livestock?" Kay Jones, who lives on the outskirts of Welshpool saw three spheres appear in succession at 10:45 PM on a Saturday night, that were an incredible shade of vivid green. "The lights seemed to pulsate and were almost in the bedroom with her." She told me she was too shaken to move for a few minutes, and when she looked at her bedside clock she had lost an hour. "Since that experience Kay has had a persistent headache on one side of her temple, which she is unable to get rid of." At 11PM, on July 12, Susan Blake, of Bettws Cedewain, told me how she witnessed a large shining bright light approach her house, and as it got closer she could clearly see a disk shaped object with a dome on top.
